We only collect what we need to plan and run your tour:

• Contact and booking details you type into an inquiry form or the checkout at /book: your name, email address, phone number, tour date, party size, pickup location, and any special requests you choose to share.
• Payment informationis entered directly into Stripe's hosted payment fields. Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes are transmitted to Stripe and never reach our servers. We receive only a payment confirmation, the last four digits and card brand, and a token that lets us charge your remaining balance as described at checkout.
• Basic technical data your browser sends to our host, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the site secure and working.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

• To quote, confirm, schedule and operate your tour.
• To take your deposit and to collect the remaining balance before tour day, on the schedule shown to you at checkout.
• To contact you about your reservation by email, phone or text — including itinerary coordination and day-of logistics.
• To keep records required for tax and accounting purposes.

We send marketing email only if you ask us to, and every such message includes an unsubscribe link. Declining marketing never affects your booking.

We share the minimum necessary with the vendors that make a booking work. Each acts under its own privacy policy:

• Stripe — payment processing and storage of your card credentials.
• Resend — delivery of booking confirmation and inquiry emails.
• Google Calendar — scheduling your tour on our vehicle calendar.
• Vercel — hosting for this website.
• Partner venues — when you ask us to make reservations, we pass along your party name, size and arrival time. We do not share your payment details with venues.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect the safety of our guests, our team, or the public.

Booking and payment records are retained for as long as we are required to keep them for tax, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes — generally seven years. Inquiries that never become bookings are removed on request at any time.

Write to letsgo@290txtours.com to ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. We will respond within 45 days. Texas residents, and residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, may exercise these rights without being charged or receiving a lesser level of service.

We may keep information we are legally obliged to retain — such as completed transaction records — even after a deletion request.

This site uses only the cookies required to operate it, including the cookies Stripe sets to process a payment and prevent fraud. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. Your browser settings let you block cookies, though checkout will not function without Stripe's.

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit with TLS, and payment data is handled entirely within Stripe's PCI-DSS Level 1 environment. No system is perfectly secure, so we ask you not to send card numbers or other sensitive details by email or text.

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes affecting an existing reservation will be emailed to you.
